Shipping Times (United States):
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Free Shipping: On all orders over $50
- Flat Rate: $4.00 on orders under $50
Shipping Times (Canada):
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Flat Rate: $6.00

How to start a return:
- Email us at support@livrenne.com with your order number
- We'll send you a return shipping label
- Package your items in their original packaging if possible
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location
Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging. Opened or used products may still be returned if the issue is product effectiveness.
